If I could only use my powers for good…

So.  Lately I have been thinking and praying about how the Internet is mostly viewed as an addiction, a breeding grounds for bad things to happen, or a place to feed a separate addiction.  It’s a really sad world, full of addictions, and I wonder, what can be done?

It’s depressing.  Most people I know either have, or know someone who has an Internet addiction of some sort.  The thing is, there are JUST as many, if not more sites out there that can actually be used for good.  I hope to compile a list of links, to help you, or a friend through Internet addiction, or even links that might help tie up your time while you are online, so you don’t get drawn to the bad things.

I have been blessed to have never gotten into internet pornography, (Too many other things I was addicted to I guess) but a friend of mine, and the Pastor of the new church starting in January, The Courageous Church, did have a struggle with pornography, and blogged about it. (How Courageous!)

He not only blogged about it, but also did post some great tips and links that are relevant, not only to pornography addiction, but all addictions as far as I’m concerned!  Check his post out here!
